Position Title  Salary Brief Summary of Job Qualifications
Business Manager II  Salary based on experience Provides administrative and managerial support for the Kerrville Kroc and Kerrville Corps. Directs, manages, administers and supervises the financial operation. Researches, complies data and composes program narratives and statistics for major budgets and grant proposals. Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or Business Analytics. Or 5 years progressively responsible for financial administration experience
Social Service Director $47,500 Salary Plans, directs, coordinates, supervises, and monitors the administration  of all social service programs. Administers the department budget and secures funding for programs. Writes grant proposal and ensures program operations are in compliance with contract agreements. Bachelors degree in Social Work or related field and 4 years progressively responsible experience administering social service programs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Valid Drivers License

Executive Assistant  $15/hr Provides administrative support to the Corps Officers and Kroc Director. Maintains all Advisory Board and related Councils/Auxiliaries minutes and records. Answers phone calls and creates exceptional experience for customers seeking information regarding the Kroc Center. Associates in business administration or related field

Valid State Driver’s License

Bus Driver  $15/hr Drives a Salvation Army vehicle in order to transport passengers to and from various locations, ensures the vehicle meets the scheduled maintenance, and performs operator’s maintenance in accordance with established standards High School Diploma or GED Valid Class B CDL required Tow years experience operating a heavy duty truck or bus
Shelter Monitor  $13/hr Assists residents staying in the Corps shelter overnight, performs client intake procedures and complete records and logs containing pertinent information, and ensures that the facility is maintained in a neat proper order
Part Time
High School Diploma or GED and 1 year experience performing security or social services work in a shelter or similar environment
Lead Lifeguard  $12/hr Serves as the lead worker to other Lifeguard staff; trains staff; answers staff questions and disseminates information on behalf of the supervisor; bring any staff issues to supervisor as they occur.
Full Time
High School Diploma or GED and 1 year experience working as a lifeguard. Lifeguard Certification, CPR First Aid, and A.E.D Certification
Truck Driver Helper  $10/hr Assists the Truck Driver in the loading and unloading routine pickups and/or deliveries of materials
Part Time
Valid State Drivers  License

Prior experience driving a box truck preferred

Kroc Associate  $11/hr Membership and customer service PT&FT customer relation experience preferred.
Kroc Kids Jr Counselor  $10/hr Provides care for Children 10mth to 10 years
Part Time
CPR and First Aide and Infant/Child CPR Cert.
Custodian  $10/hr Provides a variety of cleaning duties and maintains the Kroc Center & Social Service buildings to ensure the upkeep, neatness, and cleanliness of the same on a daily basis Part Time 6 months experience performing janitorial and general maintenance duties preferred
Birthday Party Coordinator  $10/hr Coordinates and over sees all aspects of Birthdays at the Kroc PT 1 Year experience of customer service
Special Events Assistant  $10/hr Serves as host, Sets-up and breaks down events
Part Time &Full Time
Food Handlers Cert Customer service experience preferred
Group Fitness Instructor  $18/hr Responsible for designing/implementing safe group exercise classes
Part Time
Professional certifications as a general group exercise instructor
Youth Development Professional  $10/hr Monitors and evaluates programs and activities and events for the participants of the Boys & Girls Club High School Diploma or GED
